This mixer is suitable for mixing or diluting two kinds of pulp in the papermaking process, or mixing any proportion of pulp and chemical liquid materials.
It replaces the concentration regulating pulp tower (pool) in the pulping process. Reduced investment in towers (pools), propellers, pulp pumps, and land can reduce the basic investment by 150,000 to 200,000 RMB.
Reduces electricity consumption and maintenance costs of the pulping system. It can save 90,000 to 100,000 RMB per year.
