Crescent-shaped paper machines mainly consist of key equipment such as a hydraulic pulp box, wire section, felt section, Yankee dryer, Yankee hood, and reel. The forming roll is a feature that distinguishes crescent-shaped tissue machines from other types of paper machines. It does not require vacuuming; instead, it relies on the centrifugal force of the forming roll for natural dewatering, resulting in fast and stable dewatering with low power consumption. It is mainly used to produce tissue paper, hand towels, and other household paper products. It does not have high requirements for pulp, and the maximum design speed can reach 1600 m/min.
1. Flexible installation space: Length 14~22m, width 11~15m, height 5.5~7.9m, adjustable according to actual conditions;
2. Different forming, dewatering, and hot air methods are designed according to pulp type, paper type, and regional characteristics;
3. The dryer and hood, and waste heat recovery equipment, use different materials and forms determined by the evaporation load;
4. The paper machine design starts from the perspective of operation and workshop management, making it practical, simple, and easy to manage.
