Product Description

The concept of waste heat recovery:
The steam consumption of paper machine drying cylinders is mainly due to the following points: ① Heat for drying wet paper sheets ② Heat dissipation from the drying equipment itself ③ Heat taken away by the paper ④ Heat taken away by condensate ⑤ Heat for fresh air temperature rise (exhaust air). The first three items are based on the equipment and paper type, and their fluctuations are not large. What can be changed is the heat taken away by the condensate and the heat taken away by the exhaust air. Waste heat recovery is to utilize the usable heat of the condensate and the sensible and latent heat of the exhaust air.

Description of waste heat recovery device:
Fresh air supplemented from outside the workshop, after air filtration, enters the shell-and-tube steam-gas waste heat recovery device. The fresh air flows through the shell, and the hot and humid air discharged from the hood flows through the tube. Heat exchange is carried out through the heat-conducting tube wall, thereby reducing the temperature of the exhaust air and increasing the temperature of the fresh air entering the hood. After passing through the steam-gas waste heat recovery device, the fresh air enters the condensate heater again for further heating, and at the same time reduces the temperature of the condensate, thereby achieving the effect of waste heat reuse.
