On March 5, 2018, Shaanxi Bingzhi Machinery successfully started up a second 3500mm-800m/min crescent-shaped toilet paper machine for Hebei Chensong Paper Industry within 5 minutes! On March 6, the paper machine reached a speed of 720m/min, aiming for a target speed of 820m/min.
Chensong Paper Industry's first paper machine was successfully started up on October 1, 2017, and its normal operating speed reached the design speed of 800~820m/min.
The overall design of Chensong Paper Industry's pulp and paper making process was undertaken by Bingzhi Company, using a new type of dynamic and static mixer for pulp developed by Bingzhi Company. The pulp making process is greatly simplified, and the investment in regulating tanks is saved. It features stable concentration, low investment, land saving, and simple process.
